摘要
基于库鄯输油管道库尔勒—马兰段建设施工数据和检测数据,进行数据对齐在管道安全评估方面的应用测试研究。采用合适的数据对齐方法,实现了多轮内检测数据对齐;并根据对齐数据对重要的管道缺陷数据进行了多方面深度分析,根据分析结果对管线安全进行了科学评估。结果表明:该方法不仅为实现该管段完整性评价以保障安全运行提供了可靠的数据支撑,也为基于内检测数据对齐而对管道进行安全风险评估的研究方向提供了实例支撑。
Based on the construction data and test data of Korla-Malan section of Korshan Oil pipeline,the application of data alignment in pipeline safety assessment is tested.Using proper data alignment method,multi—round data alignment is realized.Based on the alignment data,the important pipeline defect data are analyzed in depth and in many aspects,and the pipeline safety is evaluated scientifically according to the analysis results.The results show that this method not only provides reliable data support for the realization of integrity evaluation of the pipeline segment to ensure safe operation,but also provides an example support for the research direction of pipeline safety risk assessment based on internal inspection data alignment.
