摘要
基于移动GIS(Geographic Information System)技术、卫星导航定位技术和移动通信技术,对重载铁路工务设备智能巡检终端架构进行了设计,开发了智能巡检移动应用端和平台应用端。结合朔黄铁路工务设备巡检作业需求,建立以作业票为驱动的标准化巡检流程,形成巡检作业闭环管理。使用智能巡检终端实时采集工务设备病害信息,实现工务设备检查数据在时间和空间上的自动关联、分类检索、多维分析等功能。在朔黄铁路线桥隧中试用表明,采用智能巡检终端能提高巡检作业效率和业务管理水平。
Based on mobile GIS(Geographic Information System)technology,satellite navigation and positioning technology and mobile communication technology,the architecture of intelligent inspection terminal of heavy haul railway track infrastructure was designed,and the mobile application terminal and platform application terminal of intelligent inspection were developed. Combined with the inspection operation requirements of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway track infrastructure,a standardized inspection process driven by work tickets was established to form a closed-loop management of inspection operations. The intelligent inspection terminal was used to collect the disease information of the track infrastructure in real time,and the functions of automatic correlation,classification retrieval,and multi-dimensional analysis of the inspection data of the track infrastructure in time and space were realized. The application in the bridge and tunnel of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway shows that the intelligent inspection terminal can improve the efficiency of the inspection operation and the level of business management.
