摘要
评估和总结ISO 15189实验室质量管理体系内容结合至检验科临床实习的效果。通过对学生的考核成绩、沟通和科研能力评价及毕业后追踪评价等,实现带教模式的创新,有助于提升毕业生的实习效果,有利于适应新形势下医学人才的培养体制。
Evaluate and summarize the effect of the content of ISO 15189 laboratory quality management system combined with clinical practice in the laboratory.By evaluating students’assessment results,communication skills and scientific research ability evaluation,and post-graduation tracking,etc.the innovation of internship teaching mode is realized,which is helpful to improve the effect of graduates’internship and to adapt to the training of medical talents under the new situation system.
