摘要
针对煤矿井下排水系统监控平台存在的实时性差、参数不全、控制不灵活的问题,对原排水系统监控平台进行优化设计。以倍福控制器为核心CPU,通过CAN总线通信方式周期性地采集1~3号水泵所有数据并完成显示,同时通过监控平台实现对水泵的实时控制。试验结果表明,优化后的排水系统监控平台能够全面展示水泵数据、控制方式灵活、实时性好,满足预期优化目标。
In view of the problems of poor real-time, incomplete parameters and inflexible control of the coal mine underground drainage system monitoring platform, the original drainage system monitoring platform is optimised and designed. With the Pepperford controller as the core CPU, all data of pumps 1-3 are collected periodically and completed displayed through CAN bus communication, while real-time control of the pumps is realized through the monitoring platform. The test results show that the optimised drainage system monitoring platform is able to display the pump data comprehensively, with flexible control methods and good real-time performance, and meets the expected optimisation objectives.
