摘要
根据煤矿生产调度综合自动化的要求,结合目前测控技术和网络技术的发展,本文提出一种实现矿井中央水泵房综合自动化的设计模式。系统采用西门子S7-300PLC作为现场控制单元,结合各种传感器实时采集水泵系统的运行参数,完成自动控制水泵的启停等功能;采用OPC技术作为系统通讯标准,提高了系统的可靠性和开放性。
According to the requirement of colliery production and dispatching integrated automation, combining with the development of present measuring control technology and network technology, the article introduces a designed mode to actualize integrated automation of mine central pump room. The system adopts SIEMENS S7 -300 PLC as locale control unit, collects run parameters of the pump system integrated with many sensors, and completes autocontrol function of pump such as start and stop ; it also adopts OPC technology as communication standard which improves the reliability and opening of the system.
