摘要
为提高矿用采煤机滚筒截割煤岩的工作效率,针对影响采煤机截割性能的煤层倾角、采煤机牵引速度、截割深度3个参数进行分析研究,得出:随着煤层倾角、截割深度的增大,采煤机截割比能耗也同步增大;而随着牵引速度的增大,采煤机截割比能耗逐渐减小,且牵引速度与采煤机截割比能耗的变化关系是幂函数。综合可以得出,牵引速度对采煤机截割比能耗影响最大,截割深度影响相比较小,而煤层倾角影响最小。
In order to improve the working efficiency of coal mining machine drum cutting coal rock, we analyzed and studied three parameters that affect the cutting performance of coal mining machine, namely coal seam inclination angle, coal mining machine traction speed and cutting depth, and concluded that: with the increase of coal seam inclination angle and cutting depth, the energy consumption of coal mining machine cutting ratio also increases simultaneously, while with the increase of traction speed, the energy consumption of coal mining machine cutting ratio gradually decreases, and the relationship between traction speed and The relationship between the traction speed and the energy consumption of coal miner cutting ratio is a power function. It can be concluded that the traction speed has the greatest influence on the cut-off ratio energy consumption of the coal miner, the cut-off depth has a relatively small influence, and the coal seam inclination has the least influence.
