摘要
为了解决采煤机截割滚筒无法自动改变截割参数造成的截割部损坏问题,设计了采煤机自适应控制系统。通过对采煤机自适应截割控制流程、控制策略及煤岩状态识别等方面进行分析,给出了自适应控制系统的工作原理,同时通过仿真软件对自适应控制系统进行验证发现,经过优化后的采煤机最大扭矩载荷降低了2.8×10^(4)N·m,同时当滚筒截割至坚硬岩层时,会立刻降低滚筒高度,为矿井智能化建设提供一定的参考。
In order to solve the problem that the cutting drum of coal mining machine cannot automatically change the cutting parameters causing damage to the cutting part,the adaptive control system of coal mining machine is designed,and the working principle of the adaptive control system is given through the analysis of the adaptive cutting control process,control strategy and coal rock state identification of coal mining machine.The maximum torque load of the coal miner is reduced by 2.8×10^(4)N-m,and the drum height is reduced immediately when the drum cuts into the hard rock layer,which provides some reference for the intelligent construction of the mine.
