摘要
文章结合净水厂的净水处理工艺原理、设备运行情况,提出一种自动化控制方案,就自动控制技术在净水厂水处理加药系统中的应用问题进行研究。经过研究分析发现,在自动化控制技术的支持下,净水厂水处理加药系统的自动化水平得到提升,加药系统运行更为精准,水质指标把控精准度提升,加药系统运行能耗降低。由此可以发现,自动控制技术在净水厂水处理加药系统中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
This paper proposes an automatic control scheme based on the water purification process principle and equipment operation of the water purification plant,and studies the application of automatic control technology in the water treatment and dosing system of the water purification plant.After analysis and research,it is found that,With the support of automatic control technology,the automation level of the water treatment and dosing system of the water purification plant has been improved,the operation of the dosing system is more accurate,the accuracy of water quality index control is improved,and the energy consumption of the dosing system is reduced.From this,we can find that the application effect of automatic control technology in the water treatment and dosing system of water purification plants is remarkable,and it is worthy of promotion.
