摘要
出于煤矿对安全生产、节能减排以及智能化建设等现实需求,无轨胶轮车动力源的清洁化技术改造和升级变得至关重要。结合近年来我国无轨胶轮车技术的发展以及在煤矿现场的使用情况,介绍了防爆电喷柴油机、铅酸蓄电池防爆特殊型电源装置、防爆锂离子蓄电池电源装置 3 种动力源的技术原理、优缺点以及发展现状,举例说明了各项技术在无轨胶轮车上的应用效果,并对其应用前景进行了分析。
For the actual needs about safety production,energy saving and emission reduction,and intelligent construction in the colliery,the transformation and upgrading of the cleaning technology for the power source of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle has become very important.In combination with the development and field service in the colliery of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle over recent years,the paper introduced three kinds of power supply that were the explosion-proof electronic fuel injection diesel engine,explosion-proof special power supply device with lead-acid battery and lithium ion battery about their technical principle,advantages and disadvantages,and development status.It also illustrated the application effects of various technology to the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle with examples,and analyzed their application prospects.
