摘要
在5000多年文明发展中孕育的中华优秀文化,积淀着中华民族最深层的精神追求,代表着中华民族独特的精神标识。当前,世界面临百年未有之大变局,国内外经济文化交流日益频繁,科技革命蓬勃发展,尤其在网络新媒体时代,多元思潮汹涌发展。当前我国正处于实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇期,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义更加需要全面调动民族创新力和凝聚力,充分发挥文化的精神引领作用。站在新的历史起点上,不断加强我国意识形态文化阵地,着力构建意识形态安全治理体系,增强互联网环境下的文化自信,是实现文化安全的根本方式,是保障政治安全的有效途径,是我国持续稳定健康发展的重要战略抉择。
The excellent Chinese culture,bred in the development of more than 5000 years of civilization,embodies the deepest spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation and represents the unique spiritual identity of the Chinese nation.At present,the world is facing profound changes unseen in a century.Economic and cultural exchanges at home and abroad are becoming increasingly frequent.The scientific and technological revolution is booming.China is at the historical convergence of its two centenary Goals.To uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is all the more necessary to fully mobilize the nation’s creativity and cohesion,and give full play to the guiding role of culture.Standing at a new historical starting point,it is the fundamental way to realize cultural security,the effective way to guarantee political security,and an important strategic choice for China’s sustainable,stable and healthy development to continuously strengthen our country’s ideological and cultural front,build up the governance system of ideological security,and enhance cultural confidence in the Internet environment.
