摘要
目的 检测抗苗勒管激素(AMH)和性激素水平在围绝经期骨质疏松妇女中的变化,分析AMH和性激素预测围绝经期妇女骨质疏松的价值。方法 选取2020年6—12月杭州市第一人民医院妇产科收治的157例围绝经期妇女为研究对象,按照骨质疏松的诊断标准将其分为骨质疏松组(57例)、骨量减少组(48例)及骨量正常组(52例)。检测3组围绝经期妇女血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、AMH及甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平。比较3组围绝经期妇女血清性激素和AMH水平,采用Pearson相关系数分析各指标间的相关性。结果 骨质疏松组围绝经期妇女血清AMH、FSH、LH、E_(2)及PTH水平分别为(0.25±0.15)ng/ml、(29.12±5.00)IU/L、(15.81±2.98)IU/L、(16.70±3.63)pg/ml及(46.60±6.07)pg/ml;骨量减少组围绝经期妇女血清AMH、FSH、LH、E_(2)及PTH水平分别为(0.57±0.39)ng/ml、(26.42±5.04)IU/L、(10.34±2.92)IU/L、(25.10±5.11)pg/ml及(40.72±3.05)pg/ml;骨量正常组围绝经期妇女血清AMH、FSH、LH、E_(2)及PTH水平分别为(0.89±0.98)ng/ml、(20.39±2.72)IU/L、(7.66±2.73)IU/L、(36.64±12.93)pg/ml及(34.38±3.53)pg/ml。3组围绝经期妇女血清AMH、FSH、LH、E_(2)及PTH水平比较差异均有统计学意义(F=111.215,51.734,103.754,173.134,143.873,均P<0.05)。骨质疏松组围绝经期妇女血清AMH、E_(2)水平均显著低于骨量减少组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=-5.717,P<0.05;t=-9.817,P<0.05);骨质疏松组围绝经期妇女血清FSH、LH及PTH水平均显著高于骨量减少组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=2.746,P<0.05;t=9.456,P<0.05;t=6.092,P<0.05)。骨量减少组围绝经期妇女血清AMH、E_(2)水平均显著低于骨量正常组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=-2.112,P<0.05;t=-5.779,P<0.05);骨量减少组围绝经期妇女血清FSH、LH及PTH水平均显著高于骨量正常组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=7.524,P<0.05;t=4.743,P<0.05;t=9.574,P<0.05)。Pearson相关�
Objective To analyze the changes and predictive value of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH) and sex hormones in perimenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods From June to December in 2020, one hundred and fifty-seven perimenopausal women treated in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Hangzhou First People’s Hospital were selected as study object, then the perimenopausal women were divided into osteoporosis group(fifty-seven cases), osteopenia group(forty-eight cases), and normal bone mass group(fifty-two cases) according to the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis.
