摘要
目的探讨新生化颗粒联合戊酸雌二醇片、屈螺酮炔雌醇片在稽留流产清宫术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月收治的80例稽留流产清宫术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片和屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予新生化颗粒治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的阴道出血量少于对照组,持续出血时间、月经复潮时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,PI、RI小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的FSTL1、HGF水平高于对照组,TGF-β1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的并发症总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论新生化颗粒联合戊酸雌二醇片、屈螺酮炔雌醇片可促进稽留流产清宫术患者子宫内膜修复,调节FSTL1、HGF、TGF-β1水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xinshenghua granule combined with estradiol valerate tablets and drospirone and ethinylestradiol tablets in patients with missed abortion after curettage.Methods A total of 80 patients with missed abortion after curettage admitted from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets and drospirone and ethinylestradiol tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xinshenghua granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the continuous bleeding time and menstrual rehydration time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the endometrial thickness in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the PI and RI were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of FSTL1 and HGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of TGF-β1 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinshenghua granule combined with estradiol valerate tablets and drospirone and ethinylestradiol tablets can promote the endometrial repair and regulate the FSTL1,HGF and TGF-β1 levels of patients with missed abortion after curettage.
