摘要
目的 分析低剂量地西他滨在骨髓增生异常综合征治疗中的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月至2020年1月本院收治的80例骨髓增生异常综合征患者的临床资料,将采用CAG预激方案进行治疗的患者作为对照组,将采用低剂量地西他滨进行治疗的患者作为观察组,每组40例。比较两组治疗后中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT)、血小板(PLT)缓解率、血象变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组NEUT和PLT缓解率(72.50%)明显高于对照组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NEUT和PLT缓解时间、NEUT<0.5×10^(9)平均时间、PLT<0.5×10^(9)平均时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论 采用低剂量地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征患者临床疗效显著,安全性高,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of low-dose decitabine in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome. Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients treated with CAG prestimulation regimen were selected as the control group, and patients treated with low-dose decitabine were selected as the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The remission rate of percentage of neutrophilic granulocyte(NEUT) and platelets(PLT), the changes of blood image and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the remission rate of NEUT and PLT in observation group(72.50%) was significantly higher than 50.00% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). NEUT and PLT remission time, NEUT<0.5×10^(9)mean time and PLT<0.5×10^(9)mean time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Low-dose decitabine in the treatment of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome has significant clinical efficacy, high safety and high clinical application value.
