摘要
目的对无偿献血者的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)检测结果及归队情况进行统计分析。方法盐城市中心血站2016年8月—2019年8月235758名无偿献血者血液标本采用2种HIV酶联免疫反应试剂和1种HIV RNA试剂检测,反应性初筛标本被送往市疾病预防控制中心进行确认。单试剂ELISA反应性且NAT无反应性的标本,确认结果为阴性者归队,在献血间隔期后即可参加无偿献血。结果统计期间共筛查出献血者HIV反应性283例,其中,双试剂ELISA反应性31例;1例ELISA无反应性,但NAT为反应性,确认实验为无反应性;ELISA单试剂反应性且NAT无反应性251例,结果不确定3例,阴性结果248例。符合归队248例,实际召回并参加献血157例,召回率为63.3%。结论对无偿献血者血液开展ELISA与NAT联合检测很大程度上保障了血液安全,但同时由于检测存在假反应性,造成部分潜在“合格献血者”流失,通过实施献血者归队工作,在一定程度上弥补了这一缺陷,同时也维护了献血者的合法权益,巩固了无偿献血者队伍。
Objective Statistical analysis of the HIV test results and return of unpaid blood donors on this site from August 2016 to August 2019,in order to better do HIV screening and return to the team.Methods The blood samples of 235,758 unpaid blood donors during the statistical period were tested with two HIV enzyme linked immunoreaction reagents and one HIV RNA reagent,and the reactivity preliminary screening sample was sent to the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention for confirmation.Blood donors with single ELISA reagent reactivity and NAT reagent nonreactivity were confirmed,and those with negative results were considered to be eligible for voluntary blood donation after the interval of blood donation.Results During the statistical period,a total of 283 blood donors were screened for HIV reactivity,including 31 cases with double ELISA reagent reactivity.There was 1 case of non-reactive ELISA but NAT,and the result was confirmed as non-reactive.There were 251 cases of ELISA single reagent reactivity and NAT non-reactivity,3 cases were confirmed to be uncertain and 248 cases were negative.Among 248 cases,157 cases were actually recalled and participated in blood donation,with a recall rate of 63.3%.Conclusion Unpaid donors blood ELISA with NAT joint detection to a large extent to ensure the blood safety,but also because there are a false detection reactivity,resulting in the loss of potential"eligible donors"part,through the implementation of blood return to work,to a certain extent,make up for the defects,but also safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the donors,strengthened the unpaid blood donors.
