摘要
通过对国内油田用污水罐类型特点、内部结构繁琐程度、罐底含油污泥成分的大量调研和分析,以及对油田污水罐机械清洗技术的介绍,对比机械清洗方式和人工清洗方式在安全环保、清洗效率、清洗效果、清洗方式、现场减量化处理、运行成本等方面的特点。总结得出污水罐机械清洗安全环保性能好,清洗过程风险受控,可保证清洗作业安全;清洗效率高,可缩短清洗及减量化处理周期;清洗效果明显,可实现罐内全方位清洗,罐内壁表面附着物全部被清除;在线清洗,可实现沉降罐无需停运;原油回收率高,实现现场分离原油回收,减少拉运量,经济效益显著等特点。油田污水罐机械清洗在油田规模推广应用是可行的,且具有十分广阔的应用前景。
Through a large number of investigation and analysis on the characteristics of domestic oilfield sewage tanks,the complexity of internal structure and the composition of oily sludge at the tank bottom,the mechanical cleaning technology of oilfield sewage tanks is widely applied.Comparing the characteristics of mechanical cleaning and manual cleaning of oilfield sewage tank,it is concluded that the mechanical cleaning of sewage tank has good safety and environmental performance in terms of safety and environmental protection,cleaning efficiency,cleaning effect,cleaning method,on-site reduction treatment,operation cost and so on.The risk of cleaning process is controlled in order to ensure the safety of cleaning operation while high cleaning efficiency can shorten the cleaning and reduction treatment cycle.The cleaning effect is obvious,which can realize all-round cleaning in the tank and even all attachments on the surface of the inner wall of the tank are removed.Online cleaning can realize the sedimentation tank without shutdown,which greatly improves the characteristics of high crude oil recovery rate,realizes on-site separation,recycles crude oil,reduces transportation volume and remarkably improves economic benefits.Hence,it is feasible to popularize the application of mechanical cleaning of oilfield sewage tank in oilfield scale and it has a very broad application prospect.
