摘要
X油田油层渗透率低、储量丰度低、单井产量低;原油凝固点高、黏度高、含蜡高;建设环境差、可依托的A转油站系统条件差,给地面工程建设带来很大难度。针对百万吨产能建设工程量大、投资高,开发效益差的问题,油藏、钻井、地面三位一体,充分利用已建站的能力,对无集油环可依托的基建井通过平台优化、联合布井降低投资;对有集油环可依托的基建井,充分利用其剩余能力;对可改造的集油环,大力挖潜其剩余能力。通过大幅度减少管道数量并优化管径,使S加密区块产能的建设投资大幅度降低,收到了良好效果,为提高低产油田开发建设整体效益,探索了新途径。
X oilfield has low reservoir permeability,low reserve abundance and low single well production while crude oil has high freezing point, high viscosity and high wax content. The poor construction environment and the poor system condition of relying on A transfer station bring great difficulties to the ground engineering construction. In view of the problems of large construction projects,high investment and poor development efficiency, reservoir, drilling and surface are trinity and make full use of the capacity of the established station,which greatly optimizes the platform without oil gathering ring and jointly arranges wells to reduce the investment. The infrastructure wells with oil gathering rings are made full use of the remaining capacity and the transformable oil collecting ring is vigorously tapped into the remaining capacity. The number of pipelines has been greatly reduced and the pipe diameter has been optimized. Thus, the construction investment of production capacity in S encryption block has been greatly reduced, which has received good results. Particularly a new way has been explored to improve the overall benefits of the development and construction of low-yield oil fields.
