摘要
红河油田面积2500km^(2),属致密低渗低产油田,采用水平井开发,单井产能初期平均10t/d,开发后期单井产能平均2.1t/d。油田所处位置沟、梁、塬、壑交错,地形地貌复杂,油田多采用单井单平台开发,为地面集输带来一定难度。为解决单井少产递减快,井位相对分散的问题,利用原油为轻质—中质原油物性较好的特点,通过小井区试验和水力计算,选择了单井采用示功图计量、单管串接、常温密闭混输的集输工艺,原油在凝固点10℃左右输至增压站经加热输至转油站(联合站)再进联合站集中处理的三级布站与二级布站相结合的方式,较好地解决了红河油田开发原油地面集输的问题。
The Honghe Oilfield covers an area of 2500km^(2) and is a tight,low-permeability and low-production oilfield.It is developed with horizontal wells.The average productivity of a single well is 10t/d at the initial stage and 2.1t/d at the later stage of the development.The oil field is located in a place where trenches,beams,tableland,and ravines are interlaced,and the topography is complex.Most oil fields are developed with a single well and a single platform,which brings a certain degree of difficulty to surface gathering and transportation.In order to solve the problems of low production decline and rapid decline in single wells and relatively scattered well positions,the crude oil is light-medium-quality crude oil with good physical properties.Through small well area test and hydraulic calculation,the gathering and transportation technology of indicator chart measurement,single pipe series connection and mixed transportation at normal temperature and airtight is selected at the freezing point of about 10℃,heated to the oil transfer station(joint station)and then enters the joint station.The combination of the three-stage distribution station and the two-stage distribution station has better solved the problem of surface gathering and transportation of crude oil developed by the Hong he Oilfield.
