摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,数字化交付是建设数字工厂,提升企业信息化管理水平的重要手段。国内相继有一些企业对数字工厂的建设进行实践探索,但都存在数据完整性、交付质量等方面问题。通过介绍数字化工厂的发展及建模方式,指出数字化接收技术仍处于探索发展阶段,是未来建设数字化工厂的主流方式。基于炼油化工企业设计了融数字化接收和应用于一体的系统平台,详细描述了平台总体技术架构、系统主要功能,以及目前的应用效果,提出发展数字化交付要增强交付数据格式的开放性和通用性,提高三维数字化工厂的保真性、实时性、可扩展性等相关建议。
Digital delivery is based on the factory object as the core,relying on the digital delivery platform,the design of the engineering data,3D models,documents,etc.to form an organic overall delivery mode.This mode can greatly improve the construction efficiency of the three-dimensional digital factory,and become the mainstream way to build a digital factory in the future.Digital deliverables are parsed and published through a digital receiving platform,and 3D models are applied through the application platform to develop specialized functions.For refining and chemical enterprises,a system platform integrating digital reception and application is designed,the overall technical architecture of the platform is described,and the main functions of the system are introduced in detail.It is recommended to enhance the openness and versatility of the delivery data format,improve the parsing ability of the digital platform,and provide basic support for the new generation of smart factories.
