摘要
为优化污泥干燥设备的设计和运行,本文通过搭建小型污泥干燥机理试验平台,模拟带式干燥机中污泥条堆积成层的干燥工况,对污泥干燥过程机理进行相关研究。经过实验发现,提高干燥热空气温度和过流速度、降低干燥过程热空气含湿量、减少泥条直径和泥层厚度都能够提高污泥干燥效率。下进风条件下污泥的干燥效率会略高于上进风工况下污泥的干燥效率。摊铺堆积成层的污泥条最终被干燥为干泥颗粒后体积显著收缩。
For optimizing the design and operation of belt sludge dryer,this study investigated the sludge drying characteristic on an experimental setup for modeling the sludge molding and drying process on belt drier.The experimental results show that,increasing the temperature of hot dry air and flow velocity,lowering the initial moisture content of hot air,or reducing the diameter of sludge strips and the thickness of sludge can promote the sludge drying efficiency.The sludge drying efficiency with air flow from bottom would be slightly higher than that from up.Finally,the size of sludge strips significantly shrank after drying.
