摘要
在我国成功举办2022年北京冬季奥运会中,张家口崇礼赛区的云顶滑雪公园圆满地完成了自由式滑雪、单板滑雪的竞赛组织工作任务。作为北京2022年冬奥会赛区之一,为保障冬奥会及冬残奥会顺利举办和保证人员安全,筹办期间云顶滑雪场重新建设了六条专业赛道,并与国际巡逻队专家、国际雪联共同完成了赛道安全防护相关工作。通过与国际巡逻队和国际雪联的沟通与培训,借鉴其经验并通过多次实践锻炼,赛道的安全防护与救护措施不断得到提高。这次安全防护经验也为中国雪上运动项目留下了一批具有大赛保障经验的人员,成为高水平赛事的人力资源遗产,提升冰雪赛事和滑雪旅游滑雪行业的经验。在北京冬奥会的竞技赛场,安全问题是我国一直很重视的问题,确保运动员安全一直是筹办工作的重中之重。本文就赛场安全问题展开一系列的经验梳理,旨在为中国冰雪赛事场地安全留下文献参考依据,为可持续发展的提出建议。
The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games were successfully held, and the Genting Ski Park in the Chongli Competition area of Zhangjiakou has successfully completed the organization of freestyle skiing and snowboarding competitions. As one of the venues of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, in order to ensure the smooth holding of the Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games and the safety of personnel, Genting Ski Resort has rebuilt six professional tracks, and jointly completed the track safety protection work with international patrol experts and the International Snow Federation. Through communication with international patrol and international snow federation and training, draw lessons from its experience and through many practice constantly improve the track safety protection and rescue measures, the safety experience for China snow sports left a group of competition experience, become a high level of human resources heritage, improve ice and snow events and ski tourism skiing industry experience. In the competition, safety has always been concerned about in China, and ensuring the safety of athletes has always been the most concerned problem in China. This paper introduces a series of experience on the safety of sports venues, leaving literature reference and sustainable development suggestions for the safety of ice and snow sports events in China.
