“中国健康体育课程模式”对大学生体质健康与运动技能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索中国健康体育课程模式在普通高校公共体育课的适用性,研究其对大学生体质健康与运动技能的影响。方法:采用双因素实验设计,以不同组别(中国健康体育课程模式、传统教学模式)、不同性别(男、女)为干预手段对140名大二学生进行为期8周的实验干预。结果:中国健康体育课程模式可显著提高学生的50米跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐、800/1000米跑、半场上篮、Z字运球成绩,且进步幅度显著优于传统教学模式。在肺活量、引体向上、1分钟投篮方面,中国健康体育课程模式也可显著提高学生的各项成绩,但进步幅度上与传统教学模式不存在显著差异。结论:中国健康体育课程模式可适用性于高校公共体育课,与传统教学模式相比中国健康体育课程模式能够显著提高大学生的体质健康水平和运动技能。 This paper aims to explore the applicability of Chinese health and physical education curriculum model in public physical education courses in colleges and universities, and to study its influence on college students’ physical health and motor skills. Methods: Using two-factor experimental design, different groups(Chinese health and physical education curriculum mode, traditional teaching mode), different genders(male and female)as the intervention means, 140 sophomore students experienced 8 weeks of experimental intervention. Results: Chinese health and physical education curriculum model can significantly improve students’ performance in 50 m running, standing long jump, sitting forward bend, sit-up, 800/1000 m running, half-court layup and Z dribble, and the improvement range is significantly better than that of the traditional teaching model. In terms of lung capacity, pull-up and one-minute shooting, Chinese health and physical education curriculum model can significantly improve students’ scores, but there is no significant difference in the improvement range from the traditional teaching model. Conclusion: Chinese health and physical education curriculum model can be applied to the public physical education in colleges and universities. Compared with the traditional teaching model, Chinese health and physical education curriculum model can significantly improve the physical health level and motor skills of college students.
