This study took 10 excellent trampoline athletes(5 female and 5 male)from Shanxi Province preparing for the 14 th National Games in 2021 as the research objects, conducted FMS test and found that the scores of 10 athletes were all above 14, indicating that the athletes had good physical flexibility and stability as a whole. For trampoline athletes, core stability, torso control, and lower limb stability are all important. We should use FMS test timely to reasonably assess the injury risk of athletes and keep them in a healthy physical state. For athletes’ existing specific problems during screening, we should propose the corresponding solutions, providing a solid guarantee for athletes’ injury prevention, skill level improvement and movement difficulty development. Conclusions: FMS test and physical rehabilitation training strategy for the Shanxi province trampoline athletes has been greatly recognized by coaches and athletes, and has been used in the physical rehabilitation training practice during the preparation for the 14 th National Games and achieved good results. Meanwhile in the subsequent training, we should consider combining FMS test with a variety of evaluation methods to make the evaluation of athletes more comprehensive and accurate, and then develop a more sound physical rehabilitation training plan.
