创新驱动视角下江西省外贸新业态发展对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 创新驱动是外贸转型升级的关键动力,加快发展外贸新业态是外贸高质量发展的必由之路。近年来,江西省外贸增速位居全国前列,但外贸新业态发展相对滞后。当前影响江西外贸高位运行的不确定因素不断累加,传统外贸难以应对其中风险,必须坚持创新发展,加速拥抱外贸新业态。对此,要着力构建开放型经济平台“外贸新业态网络生态”,深化外贸新业态创新发展、拓展增长空间,深入推动数字技术、引领外贸新业态高质量发展,多方协同、优化外贸新业态营商环境,创新培育机制、保障外贸新业态发展“人才力”,共同筑牢江西省外贸新业态发展基础。 Innovation drive is the key driving force for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade,and accelerating the development of new forms of foreign trade is the only way for the high-quality development of foreign trade.In recent years,Jiangxi Province’s foreign trade growth rate ranks at the forefront of the country,but the development of new forms of foreign trade is relatively lagging behind.At present,the uncertainties affecting the high-level operation of Jiangxi’s foreign trade are increasing,and traditional foreign trade has difficulties to deal with the risks.We must adhere to innovative development and accelerate the development of new forms of foreign trade.In this regard,we should make efforts to build an open economic platform,i.e.“network ecology of new forms of foreign trade”,deepen the innovative development of new forms of foreign trade,expand the growth space,deeply promote digital technology,lead the high-quality development of new forms of foreign trade,work in coordination to optimize the business environment of new forms of foreign trade,innovate the cultivation mechanism to ensure the“manpower”for the development of new forms of foreign trade,so as to jointly build a solid foundation for the development of new forms of foreign trade in Jiangxi Province.
