摘要
随着高水平对外开放的推进,跨境电商、海外仓、市场采购贸易、外贸综合服务企业、保税维修和离岸贸易等外贸新业态、新模式取得积极发展成效,逐渐成为推动我国对外贸易高质量发展的重要动力。但与此同时,我国外贸新业态、新模式高速发展亦面临着新的挑战和问题,可持续发展应从外部政策监管环境、便利化措施及自身建设等多方面入手,加快推动外贸新业态、新模式发展,培育我国参与国际经济合作和竞争新优势,推动实现我国由贸易大国向贸易强国转变的目标。
As China accelerates its high-level opening-up,the country’s new forms and models of foreign trade including e-commerce,overseas warehouse,market procurement trade,comprehensive foreign trade services,bonded maintenance and offshore trade have achieved sound development results and gradually become a vital driving force for the high-quality growth of China’s foreign trade.However,the new forms and models of China’s foreign trade also face new challenges and problems.To realize sustainable development,the country is expected to optimize regulatory environment,offer facilitation measures and strengthen the construction of the industry in a bid to advance the development of the new forms and models of foreign trade.More efforts are also needed to cultivate competitive competence for China to participate in global economic cooperation and promote the country to transform from a large trading country to a trading power.
