摘要
高职百万扩招让退役军人、下岗职工、农民工等社会生源进入高职院校,加剧了高职生源的多样性和复杂性。根据扩招生源特点设计因材施教的人才培养方案是高职应对扩招的重要改革。本文在国内外学情分析研究的基础上,从学情内涵和分析方法两个层面提出面向扩招生源的学情分析建议。并以高职电子商务专业为例,基于扩招生源的学情分析,提出结合国家相关职业资格标准、用人单位的岗位技术标准和专业教学标准的人才培养方案设计思路。
The million enrollment expansion of high vocational colleges in China has brought retired soldiers,laid-off workers,migrant workers and other social students into higher vocational colleges.That had increased the diversity and complexity of higher vocational students.It is an important reform for higher vocational colleges to design a talent training plan according to the characteristics of enrollment expansion.Based on the analysis and research of academic situation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the suggestions of academic situation analysis from two aspects of academic situation connotation and analysis method.Taking the e-commerce major of higher vocational education as an example,based on the analysis of the students analysis of expanding the enrollment,this paper puts forward the design idea of talent training program combining the relevant national vocational qualification standards,the post technical standards of employers and professional teaching standards.
