摘要
目的探究震动排痰仪联合体位痰液引流在支气管扩张并感染患者中的护理应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月阳江市中医医院呼吸科收治的100例支气管扩张并感染患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为常规组与联合组,每组50例。常规组开展单纯震动排痰,联合组在常规组基础上联合体位痰液引流,比较两组护理前后临床症状积分、每天排痰量及排痰疗效。结果护理前,两组咳嗽、咳痰积分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,联合组咳嗽、咳痰积分[(2.31±0.50)、(1.79±0.37)分]均低于常规组[(3.25±0.86)、(3.51±1.08)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组每天咳痰量比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,联合组每天咳痰量为(24.37±3.80)ml,低于常规组的(30.56±4.33)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组排痰总有效率为98.00%,高于常规组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论震动排痰仪联合体位痰液引流在支气管扩张并感染患者护理中应用可减轻患者咳嗽、咳痰症状体征,促排痰效果显著,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of vibration expectoration instrument combined with postural sputum drainage in patients with bronchiectasis and infection.Methods 100 patients with bronchiectasis and infection who were admitted to the Department of Respiratory Med-icine,Yangjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were di-vided into conventional group and combined group by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was given simple vibration expectoration,and the combined group was combined with postural sputum drainage on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical symptom scores,daily expectoration volume and sputum expectoration efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Be-fore nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of cough and expectoration between the two groups;after nursing,the scores of cough and expectoration in the combined group([2.31±0.50],[1.79±0.37]scores)were lower than those in the conventional group([3.25±0.86],[3.51±1.08]scores),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the daily expectoration of sputum between the two groups;after nursing,the daily expectoration of sputum in the combined group was(24.37±3.80)ml,lower than(30.56±4.33)ml in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vibration expectoration in-strument combined with postural sputum drainage in the nursing of patients with bronchiectasis and infection can reduce the symptoms and signs of cough and expectoration,and has significant effect of promoting expectoration,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
