摘要 认知能力是教育产出的合理度量,与学历相比更能体现个体的人力资本水平。使用中国教育追踪调查基线数据,检验了互联网教学对学生认知能力的影响。结果表明:互联网教学显著地促进了学生的认知能力发展,因此有利于学生的人力资本积累;互联网教学效果与教师学历相互替代,与学校信息化硬件互补,这意味着互联网教学有利于弥补师资不足对人力资本积累的制约,同时应增加学校信息化硬件设施供给;但是互联网教学效果尚未实现报酬递增,而且随教师年龄提高而递减。同时,互联网教学可能会扩大区域和城乡学校间学生的认知能力差距,因此应进一步促进信息化与教育深度融合,提高老教师的信息化素养,继续挖掘区域间、城乡间认知回报差异的原因,以更好地发挥教育信息化对人力资本积累的促进作用。 Cognitive ability is a reasonable measure of educational output and can better reflect individual human capital level compared with educational background.The influence of educational informationization on student’s cognitive ability was tested,Using the baseline data form China education panel survey.The results show that educational informationization significantly promotes the development of students’cognitive ability and thus their human capital.educational informationization is a substitute for teachers’education and is a complements for school information hardware,which means that the educational informationization is helpful to make up for a lack of poor teacher which may restrict the development of student,and information hardware facilities supply should increase at the same time;However,the effect of educational informationization has not yet realized increasing returns,and its outcomes is decreasing with the age of teacher.at the same time,educational informationization may expand the cognitive ability gap between urban and rural school students,and between east china and middle or west china.Therefore,while further promoting the integration between Internet and education,the reasons for the cognitive return difference between urban-rural and east-middle/west should be further explored,so as to play the leading role of informatization in promoting the accumulation of students’human capital.
