The influence of innovative culture and personality traits on informal innovation network

摘要 以产业集群中的非正式创新网络为研究对象,从创新文化与人格特征两个角度探讨研发人员参与非正式创新网络的频率与意愿。在相关文献阅读和前期访谈的基础上,提出产业集群中创新文化与研发人员自身特征对非正式创新网络的影响模型,并以杭州、上海、深圳三地的高技术园区作为主要研究对象进行调研访谈,通过对调研数据进行相关分析和回归分析,发现外向性和跳槽经历是影响研发人员参与非正式创新网络意愿的主要因素,同时,鼓励创新对参与意愿的影响也是显著的,但外向性和跳槽经历却不是影响研发人员参与非正式创新网络频率的主要因素,创新文化环境才是影响研发人员参与非正式创新网络频率的主要因素。 This paper took informal innovation network in industrial cluster as research object, and attempted to discuss technician' s frequency and willingness in attending informal innovation network from innovative culture and personality point of view. Based on previous literature, we first modeling the effect of innovative culture and technician' s own character on informal innovation network in industrial cluster, then investigate clusters in the city of Hangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen for empirical study. The results of our investigation and statistical analysis indicate that extraversion and job - hopping experience are main factors that influence technician' s willingness to attend informal innovation network, and encouraging innovation is also significant to willingness; in the meantime, environment of innovative culture rather than extraversion and job - hopping experience have the most important effect on technician' s frequency to attend informal innovation network.
