摘要
目的:对马来酸麦角新碱注射液治疗自然分娩产后出血的有效性进行探讨。方法:随机选取2019年1月至2019年12月收治的自然分娩产妇407例,按照入组先后顺序的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组(203例)采取米索前列醇片进行治疗,观察组(204例)采取马来酸麦角新碱注射液治疗,比较两组产妇的治疗效果。结果:用药后观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者用药后2h、24h出血量明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组产妇在用药前PT、APTT、D-D、FIB未见明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者PT、APTT明显低于对照组产妇,D-D、FIB含量水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自然分娩产后出血采用马来酸麦角新碱注射液进行治疗有较为良好的治疗效果,能够改善产妇的凝血功能,降低产后出血量及不良反应发生率。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the efficacy of ergonoxine maleate injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in natural childbirth.Methods:407 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in natural childbirth from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different order of admission.The control group(203 cases)was treated with misoprostol tablets,and the observation group(204 cases)was treated with ergotoxine maleate injection.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Pt,APTT,D-D and FIB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,Pt and APTT of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and D-D and FIB levels were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ergonoxine maleate injection has a good therapeutic effect on postpartum hemorrhage after natural delivery,which can improve maternal coagulation function,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
