摘要
探究食盐中汞含量在砷的背景下测量的可行性,通过汞测量背景体系及砷测量背景体系下的标准偏差、检出限、标准曲线、精密度及加标回收率的数据比对,验证该方法的可行性,得到在砷的测量体系下测量汞含量的精密度为6.498%,检出限为0.0136μg/L,精密度为0.34%,相关系数为0.99955,回收率为99.3%~105%;结果证明,在砷的背景下可以测量出食盐中汞元素含量,且具有操作简单、准确、灵敏、干扰少、重复性好、节约时间,减少药品试剂浪费的优点,为氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时测定食盐中的砷、汞含量提供了依据。
Explore the feasibility of measuring mercury content in table salt under the background of arsenic.Verify the feasibility of this method by comparing the data of standard deviation,detection limit,standard curve,precision and spiked recovery under the background system of mercury measurement and arsenic measurement.It is obtained that the precision of measuring mercury content under the arsenic measurement system is 6.498%,and the detection limit is 0.0136μg/L,the precision is 0.34%,the correlation coefficient is 0.99955,and the recovery is 99.3%~105%;The results showed that the content of mercury in salt can be measured under the background of arsenic,and has the advantages of simple operation,accuracy,sensitivity,less interference,good repeatability,saving time and reducing the waste of pharmaceutical reagents.It provided a basis for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in salt by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
