摘要 采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定电解锌生产溶液中的微量砷,对仪器的最佳工作条件进行了选择,还就各种对测定有影响的因素,如酸的用量和浓度,硼氢化钾的加入量,硫脲的浓度等进行了选择。经试验确定荧光强度与砷的浓度在0.02~0.10μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均在0.9998以上,砷的检出限为0.001μg/mL。应用此法对电解锌生产过程中的电解液进行分析,并以此为基体做了砷回收率试验,测得回收率在96.1%~103.2%之间。 The trace arsenic in zinc electrolyte is determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the opti- mum working condition of instrument is selected, and the influences of each determination, such as the dosage and concentration of acid, the dosage of potassium borohydride, the concentration of thiourea is selected too. The linear relation between fluorescence intensity and arsenic mass concentration in the range of 0. 02 - 0. 10 μg/mL is determined through the test, all correlation coefficient is above 0. 9998, the detec- tion limit of arsenic is 0. 001 μg/mL. The electrolyte in the productive process of zinc electrowinning is analyzed by this method, the arsenic recovery rate test is done with the electrolyte as matrix and the recovery rate is in the range of 96. 1% - 103.2%.
