摘要
目前,我国城市化进程由增量向存量转型,社区作为城市空间构成的基本单元,开展老旧社区更新是实现城市可持续发展的重要手段之一,因此对该领域文献进行数据分析也变得十分重要,有利于老旧社区更新研究进一步发展。本文选取CNKI数据库中2010—2021年收录的文献进行统计,检索以“老旧社区”为主题词的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果显示:近十年间,老旧社区更新的相关文献总体呈上升趋势;当前研究重点分为城市问题导向、社区更新机制、更新策略构建三个方面;未来研究方向将从效率到品质、从一元到多元、从传统到未来三个层面转变。
At present, the urbanization process of our country is transforming from incremental to stock. As the basic unit of urban space, the renewal of old communities is one of the important means to realize the sustainable development of the city. Therefore, the data analysis on the literature in this field has become very important,which is conducive to the further development of the research on the renewal of the old community. This paper selects the documents collected in the CNKI database from 2010 to 2021 for statistics,retrieves the relevant documents with the old community as the subject term, and uses the citespace software for visual analysis. The results show that the literature on the renewal of old communities in the past decade is generally on the rise. The research focus is divided into three aspects: urban problem orientation, community renewal mechanism, and the construction of renewal strategy. The future research direction will change from efficiency to quality, from unity to diversification, and from tradition to the future.
