摘要
随着人口老龄化程度不断加深,越来越多的老年人需要他人照护,因此采取有效措施满足老年人的长期护理需求已刻不容缓。利用CLHLS 2018年的数据,以安德森模型为基础对老年人的长期护理需求进行城乡比较分析,并通过构建二元logistic回归模型对影响老年人长期护理需求的因素展开探讨,研究结果显示:相较于城镇老年人而言,农村老年人更需要长期护理,并且家庭收入水平低、缺乏锻炼习惯失能程度高或拥有社会保障项目的老年人更需要长期护理。因此,应促进长期护理向农村下沉,进一步扩大长期护理保险的覆盖范围,以促使更多的老年人能够享受长期护理。
With the growing population ageing,more and more elderly people need longterm care services.Therefore,it is urgentthat effective measures be taken to meet these services.Based on the data of CLHLS in 2018,the behavioral model of health services use(BMHSU)is utilized to analyze and compare the long-term care needs of the elderly in urban and rural areas,and a binary logisticregression model is used to analyze the factors influencing the long-term care needs of the elderly.The results show that rural elderly people have more urgent needs of long-term care services than urban elderly people,and that the rural elderly people with lower family income,social security program and no habit of exercise,and those being more seriously disabled need more long-term care services.Therefore,it is imperative to offer more long-term care services inrural areas and further expand the coverage of long-term care insurance so that more elderly people can enjoy long-term care services.
