摘要
目的观察中药人参、何首乌、生姜对环磷酰胺所致小鼠斑秃模型的影响及其作用。方法取C57BL/6小鼠,脱毛9 d后注射环磷酰胺,在5 d后诱发斑秃模型,造模成功的小鼠110只,随机分为11组,分别为模型组、阳性对照组、何首乌提取液高、中、低剂量组,人参提取液高、中、低剂量组,生姜提取液高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,另取正常小鼠10只为空白组。观察脱毛小鼠毛发生长情况、毛囊组织情况,检测小鼠不同时间段给药前后皮肤温度的变化。结果何首乌、人参、生姜提取物能促进小鼠毛发和毛囊的生长。各剂量组均有升高小鼠皮肤温度的作用,其中生姜组对皮肤温度升高影响最明显。结论中药人参、何首乌、生姜对斑秃模型小鼠具有治疗作用,其治疗斑秃的机制可能与提高小鼠皮肤温度,进而改善脱毛区局部微循环有一定关系。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Polygonum multiflorum and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recenson cyclophosphamide-induced alopecia areata mice.METHODS C57BL/6 mice were injected with cyclophosphamide on the ninth day after depilation,and alopecia areata models were induced after 5 days.110 successful models of mice were randomized to 11 groups,which were model group,positive control group,Polygonum multiflorum extract high,medium and low dose groups,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma extract high,medium and low dose groups,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens extract high,medium and low dose groups,10 mice per group.Another 10 normal mice were taken as blank group.The hair growth and the follicle tissues of hair removal mice were observed.The changes of skin temperature of mice before and after administration in different time periods were measured.RESULTS Polygonum multiflorum extract,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma extract and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens extract could promote the growth of hair and hair follicle.All the three doses groups of each extract could increase the skin temperature of mice,and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens extract groups had the most obvious effect.CONCLUSION Zingiberis Recenshave therapeutic effect on alopecia areata mice.The mechanism is related to increasing the skin temperature and improving the skin microcirculation.
