天津市水产品中镉污染水平和暴露风险评估 被引量:4

Pollution status and exposure risk assessment of cadmium in aquatic products in Tianjin

摘要 目的了解天津市流通和餐饮环节水产品中重金属镉的污染状况,评估居民经由流通、餐饮环节中水产品的膳食镉暴露风险水平。方法通过对2020—2021年天津市流通、餐饮环节水产品的检测,采用单因子污染指数法和目标危害系数法评价水产品中镉的污染状况及暴露人群的健康风险。结果在3171批次水产品中,镉平均测定值为(0.264±0.733)mg/kg。膳食暴露评估分析显示,各类水产品的镉危害系数均<1。结论消费者通过水产品膳食摄入重金属镉的风险较低,相关部门应加强污染源头综合治理力度。 Objective To investigate the status of cadmium contamination in aquatic products taken from circulation and catering links in Tianjin,and to assess the dietary cadmium exposure risk level of reclaimed water products in circulation and catering.Methods The cadmium content of aquatic products sampled from circulation and catering links was detected in Tianjin from 2020to 2021.Single factor pollution index method and target hazard coefficient method were used to evaluate the pollution status of cadmium in aquatic products and the health risk of exposed people.Results In 3171 batches of aquatic products,the average value of cadmium was(0.264±0.733)mg/kg.Dietary exposure assessments showed that the cadmium hazard coefficients of various aquatic products were all<1.Conclusions The risk of heavy metal cadmium intake by consumers through aquatic products diet is low.Relevant departments should strengthen the comprehensive treatments of pollution sources.
