摘要
传统石灰软化法和离子交换法去除水中硬度,会产生大量化学污泥和再生废液,污泥和废液的处理不仅增加附属设施的投资,处理成本高,而且系统复杂,日常操作管理也有较高要求。结晶造粒软化法是一种新型水处理技术,利用该工艺去除水中硬度,具有不产生污泥和废液的技术特点,且处理负荷高、占地小、建设周期短,经中试试验和应用实例,处理降低煤化工高盐废水的硬度得到了科学验证,运行经济性较好,为相关领域的推广应用提供借鉴和参考。
The traditional lime softening method and ion exchange method to remove the hardness of water will produce a large amount of chemical sludge and regeneration waste liquid.The treatment of sludge and waste liquid not only increases the investment of ancillary facilities,but also has high treatment costs,and the system is complicated,and the daily operation and management also have high requirements.Crystallization granulation softening method is a new type of water treatment technology.Using this process to remove hardness in water,it has the technical characteristics of not producing sludge and waste liquid,and has high processing load,small footprint and short construction period.Through pilot tests and application examples,the treatment and reduction of the hardness of high-salt wastewater from coal chemical industry has been scientifically verified,and the operation is economical,providing reference for the promotion and application of related fields.
