摘要
本文以河北省乐亭县马头营M-1井钻探工艺为切入点,通过对不同类型钻头钻进参数、螺杆复合钻进技术、抗高温钻井液体系等钻探技术的研究,了解干热岩钻进效率影响因素、钻井液在高温状态下的稳定性等难点,形成一套可用于高温、硬岩、超深孔的干热岩钻探工艺技术,对降低干热岩钻探成本,提高工作效率,加快干热岩开发利用的意义重大。马头营M-1井干热岩勘查孔在井深3965m探获温度达到150℃以上的干热岩,是我国首次在华北地区钻获高温优质干热岩体,实现了华北地区干热岩勘查重大突破。
This paper takes the drilling technology of Matouying M-1 Well in Leting County,Hebei Province as the breakthrough point,through the research on drilling parameters of different types of drill bits,screw compound drilling technology,high temperature resistant drilling fluid system and other drilling technologies,to understand the factors affecting the drilling efficiency of hot dry rock,the stability of drilling fluid at high temperature and other difficulties,and form a set of hot dry rock drilling technology that can be used for high temperature,hard rock and ultra-deep holes.It is of great significance to reduce the cost of rock drilling,improve work efficiency,and speed up the development and utilization of hot dry rock.The dry heat rock exploration hole of M-1 well in Ma Touying was drilled at a depth of 3,965m and found a dry heat rock with a temperature of over 150℃,which is the first time that high temperature and high quality dry heat rock body was drilled in North China,and achieved a major breakthrough in the dry heat rock exploration in North China.
