摘要 机械化、电气化、电子化是便携式取样钻机的研发方向。本文开发了以锂电池为能源的便携式电动取样钻机,进行了高能量密度锂电池的放电和安全监测控制管理系统、轻便化永磁同步电机的驱动电路和轻便化PLC一体机数据实时存储和采集模块的研发,通过采集电压电流和电机的转速信号,对浅层钻探数据采集、存储和分析,通过计算比功识别土层、岩石和松散层。与同类钻机相比,该钻机具有轻便、维护方便、噪音低、人性化、动力强劲、钻进速度快、钻探成本低的优点,适用于交通不便,需要人力搬运或不允许使用化石燃料地区的岩石层和土层的取样工作,是绿色勘查的又一利器。 Mechanization, electrification and electronization are the research and development direction of portable sampling drilling rig. In this paper, a portable electric sampling rig with lithium battery as energy is developed. The discharge and safety monitoring and control management system of high-energy density lithium battery, the driving circuit of portable permanent magnet synchronous motor and the real-time data storage and acquisition module of portable PLC all-in-one machine are developed. The shallow drilling data are collected, stored and analyzed by collecting voltage, current and motor speed signals, and the soil layer is identified by calculating specific work Rock and loose layer. Compared with similar drilling rigs, this drilling rig has the advantages of portability, convenient maintenance, low noise, humanization, strong power, fast drilling speed and low drilling cost, and is suitable for the sampling of rock layers and soil layers in areas with inconvenient transportation, manual handling or where fossil fuels are not allowed to be used due to forest fire prevention or cities. It is another sharp tool for green exploration.
