摘要
奋斗精神是当代青年承担新时代历史使命的精神基础与力量源泉。高职学生在认知、态度两个维度对奋斗精神具有较高的认同感,但在行为层面缺少持续奋斗的意志力,个人奋斗目标与国家发展需求有待引导整合。高职院校应从思想引领、实践导向、拓展资源、多元协同等方面改进和增强奋斗精神传承与培育的效果。
The spirit of struggle is the spiritual foundation and source of strength for contemporary youth to undertake the major historical mission in the new era.Studentsinhigher vocational collegehave a higher sense of identification with the spirit of struggle in the two dimensions of cognition and attitude,but lack the willpower to continue to struggle at the behavioral level,and their personal goals and national development needs need to be guided and integrated.Highervocational colleges should improve and enhance the effect of inheriting and cultivating the spirit of struggle from the aspects of ideological guidance,practice orientation,resource expansion,and multi-level coordination.
