摘要
在对国内相关试验和标准的研究下,总结了直升机减速器齿轮链疲劳试验的关键点。以VR-252减速器为研究对象,介绍了其工作原理,并进行了功率分流分析计算,按无限寿命设计,分析了各齿轮疲劳试验时间和施加的载荷,根据试验要求和传动特点编制了合理的试验谱,给出了共轴双旋翼直升机减速器齿轮链疲劳试验的一般方法,该方法也适用于其他类型直升机减速器的齿轮链疲劳试验。
This paper summarizes the key points of the fatigue test of the gear chain of the helicopter speed reducer based on relevant domestic tests and standards.Taking the VR-252 speed reducer as the research object,this paper introduces its working principle,and calculates its power split.Based on the infinite life design,the fatigue test time and the applied load of each gear are analyzed.According to the test requirements and the transmission characteristics,a reasonable test spectrum is compiled,and the general method for the fatigue test of the gear chain of the speed reducer of the coaxial twin-rotor helicopter is given.This method is also applicable to the fatigue test of the gear chain of the speed reducer of other types of helicopters.
