摘要
为了满足高速对转减速功能的需求,采用由定轴轮系和差动轮系构成的复合轮系驱动方案。该方案实现了动力源的单输入、等速而转向相反的同轴双输出,同时具有结构紧凑和传动效率高的优点。基于差动轮系功率流向特征分析方法,研究了对转减速机构功率流向规律,由此确定了该传动系统不存在循环功率的条件。通过对执行机构的合理匹配设计,可避免内部功率循环和实现等速、等扭矩的双输出。
In order to obtain a counter-rotating reducer with high speed, closed epicyclic gear train composed by fixed-shaft and differential gear drives was proposed. This planetary gear train can transform one input into two outputs with co-axial counter-rotation. It has some advantages, such as compact structure, high transmission efficiency, and so on. On the basis of the analysis method of the power flow in differential gearing, the characters of power flow of this counter-rotation drive was determined. After comparing with the power distribution of input flow, the condition of this gear train without circulation power was investigated. Reasonable design of actuators for this train can realize dual outputs with eoual toraue and speeds.
