摘要 针对共轴双旋翼高速直升机主减的单输入双输出轮系方案,研究了轮系方案的传动效率与内外旋翼轴负载比值之间的关系,并推导出二者之间的关系式,便于设计者评估轮系方案的传动效率能否满足主减的总体设计要求,提出轮系方案的改进措施。 Based on the single-input dual-output gear scheme of the main reducing gear in the high-speed helicopter with co- axial twin rotor, relation between the transmission efficiency of gear and the load ratio of internal and external rotor shaft is studied in the research. Then, the formula of the relation is derived, which is convenient for designers to evaluate whether the transmission efficiency of gear could satisfy the whole scheme design of the helicopter's main reducing gear and to propose the improvement measure of gear.
