摘要
目的:分析经胸超声(TTE)和经食道超声(TEE)用于房颤射频消融术患者术前左房及左心耳血栓诊断中的阳性检出率。方法:选取在医院行射频消融术治疗的79例房颤患者,所有患者均在术前3 d内自愿接受TTE和TEE检查,对比两种检查方法对术前左房及左心耳血栓、左房及左心耳自发性显像(SEC)的阳性检出率。结果:TEE检查对左房及左心耳血栓的阳性检出率显著高于TTE检查,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.592,x^(2)=5.270;P<0.05);TEE检查对左房及左心耳SEC阳性检出率显著高于TTE检查,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=6.260,x^(2)=5.766;P<0.05)。结论:TEE用于房颤射频消融术患者术前左房及左心耳血栓诊断中的阳性检出率较高,可作为房颤射频消融术前的有效检查手段,降低并发症风险。
Objective:To analyze the positive detection rate of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) and trans esophageal echocardiography(TEE) in diagnosing thrombosis of preoperative left atrium and left atrial appendage in patients with radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.Methods:79 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation in hospital were selected.All of them voluntarily accepted TTE and TEE examinations within 3d before the surgery.The positive detection rates of the thrombosis of left atrium and left atrial appendage,the spontaneous echocardiogrphic contrast(SEC) of left atrium and left atrial appendage were compared between the two methods,respectively.Results:The positive detection rates of TEE examination were significantly higher than those of TTE examination for the thromboses of left atrium and left atrial appendage(x^(2)=4.592,x^(2)=5.270,P<0.05),respectively.The positive detection rates of TEE examination were significantly higher than those of TTE examination for SEC of left atrium and left atrial appendage(x^(2)=6.260,x^(2)=5.766,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:TEE has a higher positive detection rate in diagnosing the pre thromboses of left atrium and left atrial appendage of patients who undergo the radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,which can be used as an effective examination method to reduce the risk of complications before the radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.
