摘要
目的:分析胆囊结石伴胆总管结石患者联合开展腹腔镜与胆道镜手术治疗的效果。方法:选取巨野县人民医院普外科2019年2-12月收治的70例胆囊结石伴胆总管结石患者,以单盲法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,研究组联合应用腹腔镜、胆道镜手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术相关指标与并发症发生情况。结果:研究组术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用腹腔镜与胆道镜手术方案治疗胆囊结石伴胆总管结石,其创伤较小,利于患者术后早期康复,且并发症少,安全性高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined laparoscopy and choledochoscopy surgery in patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones.Methods:A total of 70 patients with Gallbladder Stones and Common Bile Duct Stones admitted to General Surgery Department,Juye County People’s Hospital from February 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by single blind method with 35 cases in each group.The control group carried out traditional laparotomy surgical treatment,and the study group carried out laparoscopy and choledochoscopy surgical treatment.The operation-related indicators and complications of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the operation time was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of laparoscopy and choledochoscopy surgery in the treatment of gallbladder stones with common bile duct stones is less traumatic to patients,which is beneficial for early postoperative recovery and has fewer complications and higher safety.
