摘要
[目的]研究补喂1岁新疆褐牛微生物制剂后其对新疆褐牛体重、体尺增长的影响,为生产实践中新疆褐牛健康和科学的饲养提供参考依据。[方法]选择24头体型、体重[(260.70±18.26)kg]相近的健康1岁新疆褐牛,按照公母各半、体重相近原则随机分为2组,每组12头牛,分别为对照组和试验组,对照组牛饲喂基础日粮不进行任何处理,试验组牛在基础日粮的基础上每天每头牛补喂200 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌,进行为期90 d的补喂试验。[结果]在补饲的第90天试验组的体重显著高于对照组7.19%(P<0.05),试验组总增重和平均日增重比对照组分别提高了97.78%和95.65%(P<0.05)。试验组的体高总增长比对照组提高52.74%(P<0.05),试验组的平均日增长比对照组提高了37.50%(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组的新疆褐牛体斜长在试验各个阶段差异均不显著(P>0.05),但试验组总增长比对照组提高了71.44%(P<0.05)。对照组和试验组新疆褐牛的初始胸围、补饲第90天的胸围差异均不显著(P>0.05),但试验组的总增长和平均日增长分别显著高于对照组26.78%、27.27%(P<0.05)。试验组管围总增长比对照组提高了49.23%(P<0.05)。[结论]在该试验条件下,补喂微生物制剂能够显著提高1岁新疆褐牛的体重和体尺,促进生长发育。
[Objective]To study the effect of microbial preparation on the growth of body weight and body size of Xinjiang brown cattle after supplementary feeding of 1-year-old Xinjiang brown cattle,so as to provide reference basis for healthy and scientific feeding of Xinjiang brown cattle in production practice.[Method]24 healthy 1-year-old Xinjiang brown cattle with similar body shape and weight(260.70±18.26 kg)were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of half male and half female and similar weight.There were 12 cattle in each group,the control group and the test group,respectively.The cattle in the control group were fed with the basic diet without any treatment.The cattle in the test group were fed with 200 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis every day on the basis of the basic diet for 90 days.[Result]On the 90th day of supplementary feeding,the body weight of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group by 7.19%(P<0.05),and the total weight gain and average daily weight gain of the experimental group were 97.78%and 95.65%higher than that of the con-trol group,respectively(P<0.05).The total growth of body height in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group by 52.74%(P<0.05),and the average daily growth in the experimental group was 37.50%(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence between the experimental group and the control group in the body length of Xinjiang brown cattle at each stage of the experiment(P>0.05),but the total growth of the experimental group was 71.44%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the initial chest circumference,chest circumference on the 90th day of supplementary feeding between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05),but the total growth and the average daily growth of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group by 26.78%and 27.27%,respectively(P<0.05).The total increase of tube circumference in the experimenta
