摘要
变电站智能巡检机器人系统是伴随现代化变电站发展的需求,机器人巡检减少了人员需求,规避了人工巡检的风险和弊端,提高了生产效率,减轻了运维人员工作负担,节约了大量成本。本文针对轮式巡检机器人进行了研究,构建了基于机器学习的目标跟随和导航系统,实现自主巡航,定点拍摄、巡检图像回传等功能,实现变电站机器人自主巡检,提高巡检效率及运维能力。
The intelligent inspection robot system for a substation is a demand accompanied by development of modern substations.The robot inspection decreases personnel's demand,evades hazard and defect of artifical mspection,increases production efficiency,lightens operating load of service workers and saves a lot of costs.The paper makes a study of a wheel inspection robot,sets up the target tracking and guidance system based on robot study,achieves the cruise for itself,fixed-point picture and inspection picture return.Achieve the robot inspection for itself for the substation and increase inspection efficiency and service ability.
