摘要 随着科技进步与电力体制改革的不断深入和发展,实行变电站无人值班已经成为电网运行中提高劳动生产率的必然手段,但前提是确保电网中无人值班变电站内主变压器、开关等电力设备的安全运行。为此需要全面、直观、及时了解无人值班变电站、城市电缆隧道、通信站中电力及通信等设备的运行情况,各级调度和运行监控人员在获得数据信息、设备运行状况的同时,也应获得现场各类设备运行状态的实时图像和现场安全保卫情况,以便准确获得现场环境、设备的状态和事故、异常的准确信息,真正实规对无人值班变电站等目标的远方全方位监视和控制。本文全面介绍基于光纤通信系统的长沙电网远程像实时监控系统的建设和应用情况,并对系统的功能和技术特点进行详细阐述。 Along with the development of science and technology and the deepening of power system reform, to carry out unattended substation has become the inevitable means that raise labor productivity in the operation of power grid, and it must ensure safe operation of the power equipments such as transformer and switch in unattended substation. The people who are responsible for dispatching, operating and monitoring in different levels have need to know the operation condition of the power equipments in power and communication, city cable tunnel and unattended substation, and to get data information from them. At the same time, the safely security condition on site and the real time image of each kind of equipment operation state should also be given, in order to get the accurate information about the equipment and environment on site, and to realize really the overall long-range supervisory system for unattended substation. This paper introduces the application and construction of the long-range image real time monitoring system in Changsha Electric Power Grid, which is based on the optic communication system. The function and technical characteristics of this system are also described in detail in the paper.
