摘要
借助于计算机网络和数字视频技术的发展,研究开发了一种基于以太网数据通信,采用TCP/IP协议和组网技术的变电站数字视频远程图像监控系统。该系统具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性,能适应不同规模监控系统网络和不同数量监控对象的要求,为智能化无人值班变电站的发展提供了条件。文中时该监控系统的组成、功能、结构特点(包括监控中心、站端监控系统、数据传输等)以及软件编程基础等进行了详细分析。
A digital video remote image monitoring system for substation was proposed. The Ethernet is adopted in this system. The TCP/IP protocol and net - building technology are applied. The information of all kinds of data and the equipments can be monitored in time. The real time images of status for all the equpments in the spot and the safeguard can also be captured rapidly and precisely. The composition, functions, characteristics of structure (including supervisory control center, terminal supervisory control system, data transmission) and software programming base are analyzed in detail in the paper.
