ICP-MS直接进样法测定茶饮料中多种重金属元素 被引量:4

摘要 去除步骤繁杂的样品前处理,探索一种更加便捷环保,快速准确的样品测定方法,使用ICP-MS直接进样法测定3种茶饮料中的铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)。本实验研究比较了使用ICP-MS直接进样和微波消解后进样的测定结果,未发现明显差异,故采用直接进样法是可行的。Cu元素在0~500μg/L范围内、其他元素(Cr、As、Cd、Pb)在0~50.0μg/L范围内,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数(R)为0.999857~0.999973;检出限为0.00660μg/L~0.554μg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD%)<5.0%;三个浓度水平的加标回收率为92.3%~103%。与传统方法比较,该方法快速简便,精密度好,准确度高,适用于茶饮料中的多种重金属元素的同时测定。 In order to explore a more convenient,environmental,rapid and accurate sample determination method,ICP-MS direct sampling method was used to determine Cr、Cu、As、Cd and Pb in three kinds of tea beverages.Through analysing and comparing the determination results of direct injection and microwave digestion injection,no significant differences were found in the results,so the direct injection method is feasible.The standard curve showed good linear range when element Cu was in the range of(0~500μg/L),and other elements(Cr、As、Cd、Pb)were in the range of 0~50.0μg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.999857~0.999973,the detection limit was 0.00660~0.554μg/L,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%.The adding standard recoveries of three different concentrations were in the range of 92.3%~103%.Compared with the traditional method,this method was rapid,simple,precise,and accurate,which can be suitable for the simultaneous determination of heavy metal elements in tea beverages.
