摘要
普通钟罩型绝缘子在输电线路仍具有不可替代的重要应用,以XP-70型绝缘子为研究对象,利用仿真软件建立多物理场耦合模型,分析绝缘子附近流场与绝缘子表面所受压力后得到如下结论:空气场在经过固体绝缘子时将在绝缘子下表面凹槽部分产生低速涡流区,该区域有利于固体颗粒的降落沉积;绝缘子迎风侧与背风侧所受绝对压力大小相等,气体在经过绝缘子时将在背风侧发生回流,该区域速度较低,易于污秽颗粒的沉积。
Ordinary bell-jar insulators still have important and irreplaceable applications in transmission lines.Taking XP-70 insulators as the research object,the simulation software is used to establish a multi-physics coupling model,and the flow field near the insulator and the pressure on the insulator surface are analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:when the air field passes through the solid insulator,a low-speed eddy current area will be generated in the groove part of the lower surface of the insulator,which is conducive to the falling and deposition of solid particles.The absolute pressure on the windward side and the leeward side of the insulator is equal in magnitude.When the gas passes through the insulator,the backflow occurs on the leeward side.The speed in this area is low and it is easy to deposit contaminant particles.
